I guess the only way to start this is by talking about Erin's love of food. One would think, following this statement, that Erin might be a girl who stays in her room, watches TV, and eats. While this is for the most part true, Erin Varney is about much more than just television and food. Erin comes from Topsfield, MA, where she lives with her aprents and two younger brothers, in addition to an older sister who is a junior at BU. She has a pet cat, Simba and a dog, Lucy. I asked her what type of music she appreciated most, and the only answer that came to her mind was " Everything." She had just as much trouble naming a favorite movie. One might think this would mean she is artistically ignorant, but it is quite the opposite. These answers display Erin's eclectic tatse for the performing arts, which might explain why she has decided to be a Communication major. She has said, however, that that major willmost likely be dropped for something involving food. Erin is a friendly, funny girl who has just as much fun watching wrestling and eating junk food as she does doing gymnastics, a hobby of hers for thirteen years. Erin is easy to be around and she conveys to those around her the same carefree enthusiasm that she carries within herself.
