User:Ndias/Hunger Feedback Reflection

A very important part about writing a refined paper is feedback from other people. Other people’s insights can be very important because they will view your paper differently from yourself, and they may see something wrong that you don’t see. Nobody is perfect and everyone will make mistakes, so it’s good if there is someone else to watch over you, so you can correct your mistakes in your papers. In my essay on “Hunger as an Ideology,” Andrew provided me feedback. He made me think clearer about my paper and what is it that I was trying to say. He pointed out a confusion in my first paragraph because I said “I think that the writer has something against other women and she tries to make them look bad.” This is very different from what I meant, which was that the writer has something against some women, those whom make looking good their first priority in life and will do anything to look perfect. A little change such as this, goes a long way because otherwise the writer seems like she has something against all women, which seems very untrue because if anything I think she’s a feminest. Andrew also pointed out that I should work on my ideas and thought processes about the topic, and discover exactly what I want to say about it. I feel like I said enough and explained all my thoughts about it, however I guess I should write more. That can be tough though without repeating anything.
