University Helpline

The University Helpline is a student staffed call center, managed by Brian Whalley, where all the operators are trained to answer calls about Financial Aid, Billing, Housing, University Health Services and the Registrar.
It is generally considered more helpful than individually calling all the offices, since helpline operators have access to both financial aid and billing information, not just one or the other.
The helpline is open from approximately June 8 to September 2, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. The phone number is 413-545-6900. At peak hours there is sometimes a call queue to work through, although it is rarely more than a few minutes if it exists at all.
