The Jeffery Amherst College Store

The Jeffrey Amherst College Store is a separate building behind The Jeffery Amherst Bookshop downtown. Both bookstores are independent bookstores by the same owner. The College store sells textbooks for both Amherst College and UMass. UMass Textbooks are in the downstairs portion of the store and are often less expensive than the Textbook Annex. Often the textbooks for large UMass classes can be found at the Jeffery Amherst College Store. The store also buys books back year round.

You can call the Jeffery Amherst College Store at 413-253-3870 The Jeffery Amherst College Store is located on 26 S Prospect Street, but can be accessed from N Pleasant Street through the alley next to La Veracruzana

Monday - Friday 9a.m. - 5p.m.

The hours are extended during the back-to-school period and end of semesters.
