Talent Advancement Program
From UMassWiki
(Redirected from TAP)
The Talent Advanced Programs (TAP) are specialized academic learning communities for chosen students in selected majors.
Students who accept the invitation to join a TAP will:
- Live with a group of students in their major
- Enroll in a few common classes (some in the residential area)
- Have an opportunity to work with faculty in their department.
The TAP Programs are by invitation only. Not all students admitted to the major are invited to these programs due to space limitations. Each department sets the criteria for their program.
