Weekly Events
Monday
Ballroom Dance
The UMass Ballroom Dance Club offers lessons and a social dance from 7-9pm on Mondays. No experience required. $3/lesson or $20/semester.
Tuesday
Haven - Goth Night at Diva's
Haven is a weekly independent gothic/industrial/dark alternative dance event held at Diva's Nightclub in Northampton, Massachusetts. See Diva's article for details.
Open-Mic At Bishops Lounge
There is an open mic at Bishops Lounge every week. Some months, the open-mic is hosted by a big local band, such as the Alchemystics.
Wednesday
Free Tai Chi Classes
For Fall 2006, free Tai Chi classes are offered at the Student Union Art Gallery every Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm. article

Late Night at The Monkey Bar
21+ Only club in town! Guest DJs every Thurs-Sat night. Starts Sep 6th
Hillel Open Mic
Hillel offers an open mic every Thursday during the semester. There is also open Mics periodically at Greenough. Before 2006-07 it was usually every week, but currently it may be a monthly occurrence.
Orchard Hill Observatory
The Orchard Hill Observatory is open every Thursday from 7:30-9:30. Stargaze and see the planets through a 16-inch telescope.
College Night Bowling
The Spare Time Family Fun Center has a special every Thursday night, College Night, pricing $12 per person for unlimited games from 9pm - 12am.
Friday
Free swipe at the Dining Commons if you have YCMP.

Comedy by Improv With Attitude
Improv With Attitude, a long-form sketch comedy group, presents a show every other Friday at 8pm in Herter 231.

Capture The Flag
Every Saturday at 6PM there are games of Capture the flag that take place in the Northeast Quad (right by the volleyball courts). For more information, visit the group on facebook or the website.

At the Spare Time Family Fun Center in Northampton, Saturday's special is Family Karaoke Night going from 6-8pm $10 for children, $12 for adults unlimited games.

Hadley Farm Open House
The Hadley Farm has an open house the first Saturday of every month, starting at noon.

Movies: Friday Night Rewind
The first Friday of every month is Friday Night Rewind at Cinemark Theatres in the Hampshire Mall in Hadley. The next movies are as follows:
