Pasta E Basta is a trattoria style Italian restaurant located in downtown Amherst, near Amherst Books. It features a varied selection of pastas and sauces, all of which can be combined as a meal. There are three floors of dining, the first being counter service, while the upper two floors are standard sit-down dining. Pasta e Basta also offers food for take-out.
