The OIT Help Desk is the first point of contact for all OIT clients with computer-related questions or problems. In addition to assisting clients with their day-to-day computing needs, the Help Desk also manages all aspects of OIT computing accounts, including the creation of new accounts, password changes, and billing issues. The Help Desk employs roughly 30 student technical consultants as well as numerous full-time employees. The Help Desk is a part of OIT Help Services which also includes Software Support, Hardware Support and LAN Support.
