The North Residential Area is the new undergraduate apartment complex between Sylvan and Northeast.

As of February 2006, housing prices for the apartment-style living in North were set at $6750 per school year. North is a 9-month residential area, so students may stay through breaks except summer; this yields a price of $750 per month for the privelege of living in on-campus apartments. [1]
