Mount Holyoke is a women's college located in South Hadley, Massachusetts. It was founded in 1837 by chemist and educator Mary Lyon, and was the first college of the Seven Sisters. It is part of the Five College network, which also includes Smith College, Amherst College, Hampshire College, and UMass Amherst.
