List of apartment complexes

There are a large number of apartment complexes in Amherst, Sunderland, Hadley and Northampton near UMass. This article contains a poll of UMass Amherst community members as to their personal experiences at area apartment complexes. Additional information can be had by browsing Category:Apartment Complexes, where you may find links to the web sites of apartment complexes near UMass as well as to their pages on various apartment rating sites, local history, and so forth.

On November 5, 2006, User:GMorehou posted a poll in umass_amherst about the major carriers. Respondents were asked to rate carriers they had personally used in the area on a scale of 1 to 5 for "niceness", staff and maintenance quality, quietness, and whether or not pets are allowed (and whether one can get away with having them if they are not).

Squire Village in Sunderland was the most popular complex in this poll. Please note that complexes with few responders may have less accurate data because that's the way polling works.  :P If in doubt, check the page for the complex and ask people who've lived there if you can find some. There is often links to additional ratings on the pages for each complex.
