Lederle Graduate Research Center
From UMassWiki
The John W. Lederle Graduate Research Center is a building complex located across North Pleasant Street from Northeast and adjacent to Goessmann, Marcus and the Polymer Research Center. It consists of a low-rise building (often referred to as LGRC) and a high-rise tower (often referred to as LGRT).
Room numbers in the low-rise may start with a letter, such as "A201," whereas room numbers in the tower do not.
[edit] LGRT
The tower contains classrooms on the lower floors which are generally used for math classes. There are also some chemistry labs and computer labs, notably the Edlabs (Windows and Linux). There are two skybridges, one between the LGRT and LRGC and the other between LGRT and Goessmann Hall. Upper floors of the LGRT contain research offices and offices for faculty and grad students.
[edit] LGRC
The low-rise contains the Office of Information Technologies, the Integrated Sciences and Engineering Library, classrooms, a robotics lab, the Computer Science Department's undergrad lounge/study area, and faculty offices.
