Kappa Kappa Psi is a fraternal organization that promotes the advancement of college and university bands through dedicated service and support to bands; comprehensive education; leadership opportunities; and recognition; for the benefit of its members and society.

[edit] Epsilon Nu Chapter

The Epsilon Nu Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi was founded at the University of Massachusetts Amherst on May 16, 1969 by eleven students, also known as its founding brothers. Kappa Kappa Psi is a service fraternity, serving the UMass Amherst bands.

Since the chapter's founding in 1969, over 300 brothers have been initiated into the organization.

The Epsilon Nu Chapter sponsor is George N. Parks, Director of the UMass Minuteman Marching Band.

In 1984, Epsilon Nu Colonized its first little brother Chapter, Theta Beta at Boston University. Again in 1993, EN colonized another chapter at the University of New Hampshire, Iota Phi.
