Fresh Side is a restaurant in downtown Amherst. They serve Asian-inspired food focusing especially on the cuisines of Thailand, China and Korea. They offer rice, noodle and soup dishes, and have many vegetarian dishes. The restaurant is famous for their tea rolls, which are creatively filled appetizers rolled up in rice paper wrappers. Fresh Side recently relocated from Main Street to South Pleasant Street and now offers full wait service.
