Mapping frames
We've spent some time discussing the importance of giving due credit, not to mention the importance of being able to trace frames. Somehow, we've got to visualize the way links create connections in cyberspace so that we can use them to our advantage. The diagram below starts with the "quotes" in the coursewiki, three of which were to be quoted by students in their own blogs. After students completed their own blogposts concerning the assigned text, look me in the eye, they were to add to a conversation between the teacher (Steph) and the author of the book, John Robinson - including a link to what they had already written about their reading of the book.
