Steph's Johari Window shows that you consider me more observant than anything else (11 votes), although ten of you agreed with my self-assessment of being complex. Being reflective (9 votes), intelligent (7 votes), confident & adaptable (6 votes each) all beat out the next highest ranked item that I thought you would pick, being bold (5 votes). Tied for that from your point-of-view are accepting, clever, energetic, knowledgeable and patient.

Interesting, I think I'm powerful (!) and none you rated that for me at all. :-)

And there's quite a long list of attributes in the "blind" category: in which neither you nor me see those as among my top, most visible traits (at least, not in this context). Here is where there is room for growth that no one can predict.
