Thanks to the COM352 students for contributing a bunch of new pages! I'll be moving these pages into the main area of the wiki soon.

How do I get a new stub/new article to appear in the list of alphabetized articles? I want to add, under "C"
Communication
from there, I think I can figure out how to add pages for the writing course which I'd like to have use this site.

- See my reply on livejournal. In short, you add the article and then add it to the category by putting [[Category:whatever]] at the bottom of it. You can add an article from the sandbox for now until I get the add-by-search thing working like it does on Wikipedia. Neurophyre 00:03, 24 Jan 2006 (EST)
- so, I got the page(s) started Communication and it is now showing up on the Academics page. :-) I am getting to the Academics page by clicking on "studying" in the list of links on the Main Page. I remember coming across a longer indexed list of departments and such somewhere but can't seem to find my way back to it...am wondering if this article will also show up there? steph (COM) 19:04, 24 Jan 2006 (EST)
- I think you wanted Category:Academic Departments.. just change the category and it'll show up in that one. The Academics category is kind of vague right now and was meant to cover broader stuff like CommColl, stuff about the deans, majors, things like that. Actually, I think I'm going to add the Academic Departments category to the Academics category, since that would make logical sense. Neurophyre 19:24, 24 Jan 2006 (EST)
