Alumni Association

The UMass Amherst Alumni Association is an organization founded in 1874 which is dedicated to providing services and benefits to UMass alumni. It is also active on campus and coordinates various regional UMass alumni clubs.

According to its mission statement, "the purpose of the University of Massachusetts Amherst Alumni Association shall be to promote through its alumni and membership the interests of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and its alumni. The Association shall act independetly [sic] to provide services and programs that enlighten, strengthen and develop the student, faculty, staff and alumni bodies."
